A PANUOZZO is an Italian sandwich using pizza bread.
1/2 lb. Real Dream Team (Turkey) Panuozzo (cut)
Inspiriamo uses a pizza dough to create an elongated, oval-shaped bread that is baked in an extremely hot pizza oven. Once the dough puffs up, and becomes golden brown on the outside, it is removed, cut down the middle, similarly, as is a sub and/or hoagie roll is cut in preparation to make a sandwich.

In the search for “America’s Best Roast Beef Sandwiches” the winner and proud representative for the State of Alaska was our ROAST BEEF, primarily our Chicago-Style Italian Beef. We held this honor for FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE YEARS: 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. We are very proud of this accolade we transported our ovens from Alaska to San Antonio, in efforts to keep this same quality, reducing, any, “potential” unknown cooking elements to our ROAST BEEF.
